irritating!!!!!

i know a lot of san diego people are a big lakers fan...maybe it's due to the fact that it's the closest basketball team to us. but i am one of the few out there who roots for them. in fact, i despise them...i did try liking them at one point because of phil jackson and i wanted to be devoted to anyone w/ past connection w/ MJ and the Bulls...but i just couldn't, mainly because of kobe. argh that guy is sooooooo irritating. he is sooo arrogant and full of himself. i mean i know he's damn good at what he does, but soo was MJ and soo is Lebron but you've never heard them talk to the press or anyone the way he does.

i mean come on is it really necessary for him to look over the announcer when he make a shot and say "he can't guard me" or when the press asks him a question regarding a horrible game and responds " to be honest, i've been answering the same questions every time...it's getting pretty redundant" and almost every time he make a basket he shakes his head as if to rub into the person guarding him that he's just toooo damn good for them...sooo what happens to those games when he's not having his A game....does he blame it on a sore throat...MJ played w/ a stomach flu, and was still able to lead his team to victory. and when his team is loosing, he doesn't trust his teammates enough to help him out, instead he'd rather be a one man team.

arrrggghhhh...sorry i just had to let this one out...i know it might sound like i'm just taking this waaaay tooo seriously, but i'm just a big sports person and i just needed to vent this one out =) i do have respect for his skills just not the way he carries himself on and off the court.

oh and i dont mean to put down any laker/kobe fans, just venting out my opinion =) nighty nite
